Question: I want to donate blood but the nurses never find my vein?

Everytime I go in for blood work, the nurses always have a hard time finding my vein. They stab me repeatedly and it's very irritating. I want to give blood, but I feel like I will end up experiencing this again. Any tips on what to do?
