Question: I left this taco out for 3 hours, is it still good?
I ate the new quad steak burrito from taco bell (by the way it's the best thing taco bell ever made) and I ate one half and left the other half on the counter for 3 hours. Is it still safe to eat?

No these food technically expires in 15 minutes after made, as its written in the franchises stores liek Bk, McDonald, Taco bell- you'll know if you work there. It's not safe to eat unless you want to get sick.
Should be fine, just maybe heat it up a little :)
