Question: What to do for sore throat?

i, like an idiot was screaming to few of my fav songs it wasnt hurting at the time now 1 week later my throat still is hurting any ideas or suggestions that could help it heal quicker...or have i pretty much effed it up

Try some NON CAFFIENE tea or sip on some hot cocoa (not too hot of course dont wanna burn your tounge) It should help your throat. dont sing for a few days give your throat a rest!
