Why do I get tired so easily ?!


Question: Why do I get tired so easily ?
I do swimming three times a week, I consider myself as normal weight (5'2 feet, 105 pounds) ... Why do I start panting faster than all my friends ?? I run 20 meters, or go up a few staircases and im already looking for some extra air ... Also, when I swim, I cant do more than half a lap without breathing ??

What is up with me and what can I do to help it ??

Its because your body is trying to get use to the exercises you do. Its your heart and your body working to hard for you to do those exercises. It means you should take it easy and try not to push yourself too hard. It could be a respirtory problem, such as asthma. I would go to a doctor if you feel lightheaded when going up stairs ect, and a shortness of breath. You should have a checkup and tell your doctor about what is going on, he or she could help you. =)
