Why does my body freeze in one position at night?!

Question: Why does my body freeze in one position at night?
No matter what position I fall asleep in, I wake up exactly the same. I've even balanced things on my body and nothing ever moves. I wake up very sore. Why is this?

Answers:

Typically moving around in your sleep at night signals restlessness, which could be due to stress. If you don't have very much, if any, stress in your life that would cause you to worry than it could be if you're comfortable. Your body could just be sleeping deeply enough not to move, because if you're in a more awake state you're more apt to move, if you know what I mean. I hope I helped!

You are either in a depressive state, or a Pisces.

Exercise more. :)
