my tourettes is slowly eating me alive. What can I do?!

What is the part that's getting you down? If your tics are painful, try medication. I know it's not always so effective, but maybe it's worth trying.
Tourette's should not hold you back. Unless you are disabled by your tics it really shouldn't affect you so much. I have tourette's, and if my tics stay this bad, I probably won't be able to drive, but I'll find a way to make that work. I could say that I can't do public speaking because of my tics, but I can. Those people who give you weird looks are stupid. I get looks like "what the hell" so many times each day, not just for my tics, but because I talk about 'weird' things or because I like to sing while I walk along. The people who give you looks are doing nothing but limiting themselves and coming across badly.
And lastly, if you walk around thinking "I have tourette's" all the time, your going to have low self esteem. Hold your head high and remember you are so much more than TS.
