Can you die from falling asleep while rolling (on ecstasy)?!

Question: Can you die from falling asleep while rolling (on ecstasy)?
Just wondering since I know that it increases your heart rate A LOT if you were to fall asleep (which you probably couldn't anyways) or just stand still or really just do nothing, would you die from not using muscles or whatever? Keep in mind that I really don't know how this all works so well explained answers are appreciated haha. Thanks! :)

No, you cannot die from falling asleep while rolling, however I don't know how you could possibly fall asleep while still experiencing full effects because it is a stimulant. You should be able to fall asleep shortly after the effects wear off if your ecstasy is clean MDMA without any other stimulants like amphetamine, but I don't know how you could fall asleep during the peak of the effects. Clean MDMA can be soothing enough that you may just want to lay down and bask in the joy of MDMA, and it may almost feel like you could fall asleep because you are so relaxed, but I don't think you actually could. And if you did, it wouldn't harm you at all. The people who die from hyperthermia are people who are up dancing and moving around a lot without staying hydrated and taking breaks, but if you aren't moving around much, it won't increase your heart rate that much.

Umm, im not sure but i have and know people who have passed out while rolling, i dont think you could actually die unless you were like taking a lot or like dehigrated,or something.. but im not for sure.

hope not. im rolling now. but haha doubt you can die if u fall asleep. dw and enjoy your trip. you'll be having too much of a good time to sleep
