I've never looked into this, so I don't know if it's legal or not. But honestly, I'm pretty sure it's legal. I don't see why it wouldn't be. The main problem would be finding someone who would be willing to do this. If you manage to find someone somehow, I'm sure it will cost more than you would ever want to pay.

Most funeral homes that do embalming can also remove your insides and stuff you. They also might give you a hair cut and shampoo, put on makeup to make you look good, whatever.

Don't know about chopping your upper torso and mounting it on a wooden plaque like they do with those big moose heads.

Really, what is the point? You might think this is a nice idea but who is actually going to keep your stuffed body in the living room?

My advice is try to stay alive and do not worry so much about what happens to your body parts after you are dead.
