Females reach their full adult height at 16 ± 3 years so you still have growth potential. However both your mum and dad are under average height, which will have affected your genetics.
GP for more years than I care to remember
you might get a bit taller until age 15. But if you are concerned about it, ask your doctor now. Even though your parents are short, there might be nutrition or hormone treatments that would encourage you to grow a bit more. But you have to do it soon, as the time for you to finish growing is near.
I would suggest you drink milk every day, if you are not already doing that.
This is a chart that shows girls stop getting taller at age 15, based on average results in a group. The chart shows the 50'th percentile. That means half the girls in the group grew more slowly and finished growing before age 15. The other half of the girls grew more quickly and finished growing after age 15. You might have stopped growing already, or you might keep growing for one more year or two years. The horizontal axis on the graph is age in years. The vertical axis is "Growth Velocity", which means the speed at which you are growing. Notice that for girls, the speed of growth slows down between age 12 to 14, and stops completely about age 15.

You may grow some. You still grow a couple inches after you get your period, usually. try taking mulitvitamins. It can't hurt you and my cousins say it makes them grow faster.
