Well, cataract surgery with complications could certainly do that. Without harming them...no cutting, right, that's the Surgeons job.

Why that a very odd question lol without harming some people just bleed from there eyes its called Subconjunctival hemorrhage its when blood vessels on the white of the eye often break, causing a visible bleed on the surface of the eye. So um u can find a way to mess with your vessels and that's not technically harming your eye. By the way DON'T TRY!!!!!
