Is something wrong with my heart :S?!

My heart always feels like its under some kind of pressure or as if its getting squished. It feels like its beating too fast. All of this stresses me out, I get anxious and end up with a headache, panic, stress etc. Thing is my heartbeat feels normal when Im laying down.
Ive checked to see but my heart rate is perfectly normal even when I feel like its going to jump out of my ribcage.
It hurts.. Any opinions?
