I really think they should be completely pulled of the shelves now red bull as less energy the coffee so I see no reason for it to be band but I do think it should come ine smaller cans and less energy but things like Spike, Rockstar and Loca should be taken off the shelves!

Answers:

I'm proud of you for realizing they are poison to your body & mind.
They are highly addictive and the companies make millions selling them, so they will keep them on the shelves. All you & I can do is remember they are poison and stay away from it.

Hi Jessica - good for you for sticking to your guns and not bowing to what I imagine is probably pretty strong peer pressure - I agree with Yam King - You GO girl!!

The only drink name I recognise from the ones you mentioned is 'Red Bull' (not sure we have the others here - but, then again, I don't drink those kind of things). If I'm not mistaken, I think Red Bull contains Guarana?

Guarana is marketed as 'natural caffeine' - which is true - but so is the caffeine in coffee 'natural caffeine'!! And caffeine is caffeine - only Guarana contains about 3 times the amount of caffeine that the same amount of coffee does.

If it does contain guarana, this is why they are having the ill effects you've listed - not to mention the bolt of sugar I imagine they also contain.

You're very sensible to stay away from the stuff.

Yup, there are lots of stupid people out there, including kids. They put all kinds of things into their bodies, including drugs and alcohol and tobacco and fast food. If they didn't buy the crap, there wouldn't be any on the shelves.

So you are a smart person. Let the dummies go on being dummies. It's too much Nanny-state to expect these things to be banned, just to protect idiots from themselves.

no it tastes good and we need it for joling
