Ive got really bad stomach pains and also feel very nauseous. The stomach pains first started this morning and it was just an aching pain that i assumed was because i was hungry. i had something to eat but the pain never went away, and then about an 1hr later i started to feel nauseous. The pain & nauseousness started to gradually get worse and worse, and now it has become unbearable. This the first time ive experienced this sort of pain and just want to know if anyone has experienced it before and what did they do, is there anything i can do to ease off the pain, etc... Btw im not on my period, im not pregnant, and im not constipated or have trapped wind, So please can anyone help??

well, what do you normally eat? maybe you're getting spastic colon from an allergic reaction to your foods you consume... this happens often with processed foods.

maybe you've got the bug.. god forbid...

you may have some constipation.. through inbalances of foods that have no evacuated your colon.. your colon can hold alot of waste... (impaction)

drink water... and hot tea... and relax.

if this persists and you don't start having movements..../ vomiting/ fecal.... then get a doctor.

i'm sure it's just an spastic colon.. or a mild reaction for dairy or other processed food.. or even an 'bug' in the digestive tract.. IF not.. and this gets much nastier.. seek a doctor.. can be correctable with just simple medication OR they can examine you for blockages.

i have spastic colon.... that's why i went raw vegetarian... since them no more allergic situations that nearly had me pass out on the can.. horrible painful stuff... wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I've had a stomach ulcer which gave similar symptoms.

Get off the computer and get help.

You need to call your doctor or go to emergency room if you don't have a doctor. It could be appendicitis and if it ruptures it is really bad. There could be other things as well. If it is more to the side could be an ovary. If it is back pain could be a kidney. Whatever the cause you need a doctor to find out why. At the emergency room they can take photos. If you call your doctor they may send you to emergency and meet you there. Get on the phone now to call doctor or get someone to take you to emergency and have someone call the doctor on your way. Don't wait until the doctor is available.
