Like if you can hold it so you throw up then will you have to pee? or did you empty your stomach already?

You don't keep your pee in your stomach so if you can hold in your pee while you throw up then yes you will have to go to the bathroom afterward.
most likely throwing up will cause you to pee yourself if u have to go very bad so no u wouldnt still have to
