I Saw the film seven pounds...and i was curious about that whole heart transplant operation...if someone in your family or friends was having heart failure..and you wanted 2 give your heart..could you? or would you have to kill yourself or die or what?..just curious, haha im not going to kill myself..

as long as it is given on your own free will and a waiver is legally signed, in this case i think a legal counsel should be present, i don't think there's going to be a problem, it's like a parent who wants to extend his child's life. But I do believe that no doctor would allow such resort due to ethical reasons...
living people cannot donate hearts.
you could commit suicide, but that's probably going to disappoint the person who gets the heart if they know you. and you'd probably want to be dead sure you were a match first.
