Bronchitis with no cough?!

Question: Bronchitis with no cough?
So I went to the doctor yesterday and he listened to my breathing, and diagnosed me with Bronchitis. He said it wasn't "that bad", and it should go away if I keep taking my antibiotics. Well, I started to google things about bronchitis, and one of the main symptoms is a terrible cough. I don't have a cough at all. I have mucus and phlegm in my throat and chest. I feel congested. And it is hard to take deep breaths. Is this still considered to be Bronchitis although I have no cough?

Bronchitis symptoms can be misleading. What the descriptions say is that symptoms MAY include. This does not necesarily mean that every person will have every symptom. However, a cough is the mosst usual symptom of bronchitis. You might want to ask your doctor about the possibiity that it is something else, particularly if your symptoms are not better in a few days.
