What is wrong with my kidneys?!


Question: What is wrong with my kidneys?
I had a bladder infection for a very long, long time. It traveled to my kidneys. I went to the doctors and got some antibiotics. The first medicine didn't work, so they put me on a different one to which I had an allergic reaction to after the 4th pill. After a while I still had back/kidney pain. I got a ct scan and that came up fine (Feb 3) I am now having more back pain and trouble urinating again. But the scan came up fine? What is wrong?

It may be a lower back problem. Trying to tell the difference between kidney pain and back pain is so difficult.

I struggled with it for a long time.
