Question: Could taking a lot of pain pills make my stomach hurt?
Ive been taking a lot of ibuprofen. 8-10 pills a day.
Also a few lortabs. Now my stomach is hurting really badly.
Like so bad that my back hurts too.

Ibuprofen is known for its negative effect on the gastric system, especially taken in large doses and on an empty stomach. Eat something if you're still taking it, or better still, change to a different type of analgesia, such as paracetamol

ibuprofen can cause the pain, so can the lortabs. if you had any novacaine at the dentist, that can cause it too.
Yes. They can irritate your stomach lining. That's too many pills. Did you take them with food and milk? Contact your dentist and tell him about your stomach pain.
