I'm playing my flute in a concert to night and I have a really painful pimple on my bottom lip. How can I at least make it stop hurting? The concert's in 3 hours!!

i heard from the movie big fat greek wedding that windex works, but ive never tried it.
but what i have tried is simply stop playing with it, and the pain will go down eventually.
then use cover up to 'cover up'.
