Strange Scratches on my back?!

Question: Strange Scratches on my back?

I realized when i was getting dressed i have about 9 scratches on my back. They don't hurt that much It's not from me scratching myself because I can't reach that part of my back. Any ideas on what it could be or what to do?

You may have injured yourself without realizing it. I would just wait and see. If they are not sore or infected and are not causing a problem, most likely they will just heal and that will be it.
