this morning i woke up with a bad pain in my chest thru to my back. i went to the doctors he seems to think it is a very bad case of heart burn/reflux as i get it everyweek or 2 weeks. this time it is so bad i cant eat an sleep. im sweating like iv got a temp. my bp was 145 over 75

i dont no what to do i feel so hot an in so much pain

If you are really concerned go back to your physician or go to the ER or an ER Clinic. No use worrying about it.

Well- at 1st glance I'd say you either have:
(A) a herniated or ruptured disc in your back...

(B) a Hiatal hernia with reflux.... did they give you anything to take? try Previcid OTC and a good antacid that contains symethicone. LOTS of clear fluids- no rich or spicey foods or anything with seeds in it.

(C)that really NASTY new flu going around... low fever, lots of pain- especially in the back, nervous feelings and sweating. Sip fluids so you do not get dehydrated, and see a different doctor!!!
