Herion is the worst. It is extremely addictive and the withdrawl symptoms are unbearable.

You could look at this from two angles.

Most dangerous, addictive, and the cause of abberant behaviour, you're looking at meth, heroin, the cocaine family, and especially when people combine them. Mentally, arguably LSD if you can't handle it. They're all dangerous for different reasons, though, and so broad-stroke one as "the worst" is to say that apples taste better than oranges. It's about what effect you would fin worst, what pain you would least enjoy, and what symptom you could/couldn't tolerate.

But then you could take another angle. Alcohol and tobacco are perceived as common consumables. Danger and risk is acknowledged, but as they won't kill you instantly, people are much more apt to consume them heavily, and this cummulative efffect is both damaging to your body, and sly as it's damage is not taken as seriously.

IMO-- Crack/Meth are the worst illegal drugs because of how deadly they are and how they can addict you (and kill you) in your very 1st dose....and they cause your body to degenerate over a very short period of use...

but I believe alcohol is the worst "drug" available.. because it IS "Available" to pretty much everyone, is highly addictive and poisonous in large doses, and can not only kill the person using it, either from alcohol poisoning, drunk driving, doing STUPID stuff while drunk, or from liver disease; but also kills innocent bystanders as well.... through acts of drunken violence and drunk driving.

dont do any drugs, but if you insist anyways, just please do anything other than the big ones like meth, herion, and cocaine
