Will get paralyzed if this keeps happining ?!

Question: Will get paralyzed if this keeps happining ?
I do a lot of free running, but I don't know why, my foot will slip while I'm running up a wall, and I keep falling on my spinal cord, I have sprained my ankle about 8 times, but I also keep landing on my spinal cord. Even when Im not on crutches I have trouble walking, and it's getting worse and worse every month. I don't want to be paralyzed because I'm planning on joining the military. I have since I was little, but I don't want to quit free running, and we can't afford to go to the doctor. I actually know when my ankle is sprained so I just put my brace on and stay off it for a few days. What should I do. I need help, It's to confusing for me.

Maybe you dont have enough momentum and traction on your shoes. either way you need to lay off free running for awhile until you are fully healed. If you really cant afford to go to a doctor I suggest you volunteer in a chiropractor school. Sometimes they do look for volunteers they can practice on and its free. I do suggest you go to a doctor. Can you try and see a doctor at a free clinic. if you keep falling on your back wear protective gears. Maybe when you do your free running bind your ankles as well. hope this help!

stop freerunning. youre going to ruin your military future. you have potential. if you mess up your foot you might not be able to join (they already might not let you, they need only physically fit persons). do you really want to screw over your whole life b/c you like to jump off of things? :p

help?

Wear soft body-armor like motorcyclists.

sounds like your not very good at free running you may need to stop
