what should I do??? help please?!

Question: What should I do??? help please?
I am 5'7 tall, and 142 pounds and 16 years old.
so the thing is my breasts started growing when i was in fifth grade and by now i am a 32 FF cup size, which is huge.
i sometimes have back and neck pains at night, so last week my mom and i went tu see a surgeon about it, and he said i barely had any fat in them so working out would help but just to reduce a size or so, and that i could get a breast reduction as soon as i made my mind.
i kind of want to, because they are really heavy plus i have to buy clothes like 2 sizes bigger than my actual size because they don't fit my chest area so in the end whatever i wear i end up looking fat even though i'm not.
so i thought i wanted the surgery in june or so but when i read about how huge and noticeable the scars are, i freaked out. and now i really don't know what to do because honestly who would like to have a scared chest and i'm just in high school and girls say go for it but boys say i'm crazy.
but i want a normalbreast size probably a C or D cup but i deffenitely dont want the huge scars.
what should i do?????

i've heard horror stories from the past about breast reduction. but these days, it's pretty much advanced. if it's only the cars that are scaring you away, girl please, get that out of your mind. double fs are surely causing you pain and is pulling you down frontward which is no good. the more you go with this, the more problems you may have with your back later on, and that is worse then temporary scars. you only have one back, and you can't get another one after it's been ruined.
although, i think there a proportion limit of which they are legally allowed to take off. like you have ff, they may be only allowed to bring it to an e. although, maybe technology has advanced enough and it's safe nowadays to go even lower.
so, look into it some more, and mind yourself to get ready for this, it'll come eventually. and good luck.

Perhaps just a wheelbarrle would alleviate the pain and not leave any scars?
