Question: Why did i bleed? isit normal too?
i have a new partner and had sex with him monday for the first time. before him i have had sex with threee people. during this sex i heavily bled. I had JUST come off my period. he scratched me accidently but i dont know if that would make it bleed? he was quite rough aswell. has anyone got any ideas why i bled?

If the sex was rough it could cause bleeding, but this is not normal. Sex should not make you bleed. This is not something to take lightly. Some of the causes of bleeding after sex include gonorrhea, chlamydia, cervicial dysplasia, cervical polyps, vaginitis, trichomoniasis, yeast infection, endometritis, adenomyosis, uterine polyps, and fibroid tumors.
