Can chronic dehydration cause future health problems?!

Question: Can chronic dehydration cause future health problems?
I work in a very physical job and perspire very heavily, even in cool weather. However despite drinking alot before and during work I am always suffering the effects of extreme thirst, dry skin and light headiness at the end of the day.
Can this affect the organs of the body in anyway or cause health problems in the long term?
As fars as I know I am in very good health.

Answers:

im not sure cause im not a doctor but i would say just keep drinking, try and double the amount your already frinking and see what effects that have. Im not sure about the long term but i think it will if you didnt ever drink.
Just keep drinking and keeping your levels up
Hope this helped
Mike
