At what point does a person faint?!
Question: At what point does a person faint?
I am a recovering Anorexic and I'm just starting to get comfortable with eating.
I am really active, I run four times a week and weight train twice a week.
I only eat around 900-1300 calories.
I know that's not enough, but I have help and am working up to a good amount of food.
But on the days where I don't have much like 800-900 calories I feel really faint, and I'm always scared that I'll just be walking and then all of a sudden faint.
At what point does a person faint? Could this happen do me?
Ps. My blood pressure is 90/52 if that means anything..I know its low.

Answers:
Eat more salt. Increase your blood pressure, different people have different points of fainting, there is no standard.
