If you're trying to build muscle but don't want to look so bulky and big then I would suggest that you do this routine. When you work out, try to lift as much as you can until you reach about 18. Keep your reps from 15-18. Do about 5 sets of your workout like 2-3 times a week of a certain muscle part and you should start feeling results but not looking too bulky. If you want to be like me and try to gain mass, go to wal mart or costco and buy some whey protein. change your sets to 3-4 times a week and do reps from 9-12. Hope I helped!
