What does it mean when you witness someone get killed in a crash?!

Okay. So. Last night I dreamed I went to the mall with my friend. The dream started as we walked out of the mall. It was me, my uncle, my friend and my grandmother.My friend was carrying a doll that we had just bought at a store in the mall. People drove at the crosswalk, and we waited our turn to move. just as the last car went. the next said we could go. My friend, Autumn, started walking. then, out of no where came a silver pickup truck around the right side of the car that said we could go. And it hit my friend.. The truck went towards the mall wall. about 30 feet away from me. There was blood everywhere. My friend was in big pieces scattered on the ground. The doll just lay there, laying on the ground. I remember this all so clearly.. Parts of her just on the car. The driver of the truck, his head on the airbag. Unknown of life. I freaked out. Looked at my uncles, in tears, to see him handing me money. I, Saying. "I don't need your stupid money. My friend just got hit by a car! You expect me to just take your money and say it will be okay? Everything would be fine?!" I ran over to where her body parts were scattered. an arm attached to the grill of the truck. A head, turned all the way to face her back. Eye's open from shock. I picked up the doll. Looked at the back of it to see her fresh blood. I held tight to the doll. Walked over to the car, and sat inside.. Then I woke up in tears. I think this is the most gruesome dream I have ever had in my 13 years of life. What does it mean? Please help.
