Question: What do cold showers do?

I was watching a tv show and there was a guy taking a cold shower and there was a girl and she said eww when she knew that he was taking one. I though it had something to do with sex or something related to it, but I'm not sure.

Yes, sometimes people say to take a cold shower to calm down if you're all riled up, sexually speaking. It's just in movies or on TV though. I don't think anyone really ever does that.

When a couple talks about a cold shower together it's cause they're hot from having sex and the cold water cools them off.
