you shouldn't force yourself to drink that much if you can't handle it. try to get about 3-4 servings of fruits and veggies, around 3 ounces of meat per meal, and whole grains.
carbs= energy= active all day long.( fruits, oatmeal, and brown rice or beans and lentils)
Protein= muscle repair, skin, hair, and nails. (beans, lentils, skim milk, chicken and turkey breast, egg whites)
fat= for skin and staying healthy. ( walnuts, almonds, and avocado).
Eat this^ and by the time you reach highschool, you will not only be active, but also the best face in school.

you also need 10-12 veggies/fruit servings
7-10 grain products
1-2 meat products
and plenty of water!
fruits- they're delicious and maybe lots of vegetables that is good for your body. carrots are good for the eyes, etc etc. :)
