Insecurity about my weight?!


Question: Insecurity about my weight?
(a little long, but please read if you want) Well im 15 years old and 6ft.2. i'm soon to be 16 and actually on a diet right now. its been 3 months without junk and lost around 15 pounds. although i have a huge goal to lose 100. i dont look that fat if u see me(my height) but its bad like no joke. in my honest opinion i feel if i lose my weight i can start fresh and be happier. it affected my relationships with girls and friends. i have friends but i try too hard just to figure out who i am. i think thats the reason why i call myself a weird, innocent dude (although im really respectfull and trustworthy, just a fact :P). i just wanna know how i can build self confidence during my diet, yet stop comparing myself with others and lose my weight because i wanna do it for myself. no jokes or other weird answers please, i just want some good advice. Thank you :]

You are about 16 and 6'2. Go to the gym and work out! Not a joke, the chemicals released in your body will not only make you healthier, but happier and more self confident. Don't compare yourself to your friends or enemies. The person you want to be the most like in the future is going to be you and I promise you that all those skinny fit looking kids doubt themselves as much as you do.

So, go to the gym, work your butt off, literally.
Always be yourself.
Work hard at everything you do.
Keep going even when your motivation isn't there. Its called "fake it until you make it".

In a year or two your whole life will be different. Keep your chin up!



Well first off don't lose weight just because others told you too, it's your body you can do what you want. If you still want to lose weight I suggest to build some confidence exercise a lot, excercising is not only good for you but stimulates happinies in the body making you want to do it more often.
