Is 36.8c normal for a fever?!

I'm really sick today due to the rain, and not being protected and walking in the cold.. I haven't been sick for a long time.. and I'm a little warm. I checked my temperature with my sons thermomitor.? I just took a Ibproufine PM.. helped a little.. What else can I do to help? and my mother left to make chicken soup, and no I don't know how to make it.. which sounds good right now:(
my mom made her remedy but were missing honey, so it's not ready yet..

also, I'm a big girl, and age 20.. incase if that's needed to figure out if that temp. is normal for me.

So, what can I do to help for now? and how to keep my son from getting sick when I'm the only one watching him..?
