Seriously now, though I am NOT a surgeon or medical expert, I'd say an operation by a qualified surgeon would be needed--whether it would be an invasive (major cutting of lung and surrounding flesh, etc. to put it simply) or non-invasive surgery only the surgeon and doctor can decide. I am not sure whether there is a non-invasive surgery for this type of problem.
