Question: Full moon - can't sleep ?
Do you suffer from insomnia around the full moon. I do...just wondering if that's a thing, or if it's in my just head and/or a coincidence.

Usually it causes irritability during the full moon. Sometimes I find that I toss and turn and sometimes I sleep like a hibernating bear. Maybe it depends on your cycle?
i sufffer from it every night, im like an owl, and i never thought about the full moon thing, once a week it is especially worse, so maybe i should examine that
