Question: What are the effects on your body from energy shots?

I only get three hours of sleep a night (for the past 5 1/2 years) due to being a super busy mommy. I have to take an energy shot every morning and I was wondering how bad they are for me. Like what are the short and long term effects on my body mentally and physically? And please don't suggest I sleep more because I can't due to having a 5 year old handicapped kid and a two year old kid.

I'm an insomniac and I can tell you that they will increase ur heart rate by a LOT increase blood pressure can cause headaches and migraines, just take a herb stimulant It can have the same effect as a shot but WAY healthier
