It sounds as if your m,um and yourself have Gastroenteritis.
Although there is no cure for Castro, some things can be done to help to vomiting and nausea.
You need to get an emergency appointment with your Doctor who can give you an injection of Maxalon which will stop the nausea and vomiting.
If you develop diarrhea too, Immodium can be brought that will also stop this occurring.
I suggest after making your Doctor's appointments, then you go lay in bed with a wet face washer of your forehead. And a fan blowing on your face which also helps.
Tack slow, deep breaths through your nose and slowly blow it out of your lips.
Have a bucket next to the bed and a towel Icarus's the bedding.
Keep your fluids up. Water or Gastrolyte is the best but Leonard tastes the best if you happen to vomit it back up.
Try to relax.

Did you guys both have the same meal? If its not food poisoning and your not running a fever, it might be a 24 hour bug. Just make sure to drink lots of water and electrolytes to keep you from dehydration. Feel better soon.
