What's wrong with biting your nails?!

Question: What's wrong with biting your nails?
Answers:

You touch a lot of things throughout the day and your getting a lot of bacteria under your nails so if you bite your nails your putting that bacteria in your mouth. You can get worms from biting your nails or any number of viruses. Its easier for nail biters to get sick.

I probably shouldn't answer this, because I have a total addiction to biting my nails, but there's usually dirt and yucky yucky stuff under your nails. Also, it's supposed to make your nails look 'ugly,' although that doesn't bother me one bit. If you have clean nails, you're pretty much good but biting your toenails is a big no-no. People can die from that... :P.
I would advise against biting nails, but seeing as I can't stop, I'd be a hypocrite. It's not a life-or-death situation, though, so don't worry about it.
-Jolly :)

here is the list
1 your hands look ggross
2 its gross to watch
3 its gross
4 it hurts when you bite them to short
5 they can bleed
6 all the dirt and germs collect under you nails. the nail is preventing all those gross germs from entering you body but when you bit your nails its all pointless because you give the germs a direct source to enter the body.
7 you can get sick
9 you can get worms (ewwwww)

dont do it instead bite pen caps or suckers or candyyy

You can transfer bad stuff like parasites into your stomach. It's usually tape worms. Tape worms eat all of the food in your body so your almost always hungry and they also eat your intestines.

ive been told your body cant digest nails and they get stuck in your kidneys causing infection!!

Its not good for your health
