Question: What is this strange lump?
Its an internal lump inside my earlobe. In the skin connecting to my face. You cant see it, but only feel it when u pinh the area. It hurts like a pimple. What is it?

It could very well be a pimple of the cystic type or a simple cyst that is hurting due to its location. However, no one here can tell you. You'll need to see your doctor for a "hands on" exam.
