Question: Why do i keep getting Pins & needles in my leg?
So every now & then i get pins & needles in my right leg. like ill get up from a chair & BAM i cant walk, its horrible ! also in this same leg in my ankle i get this hot spot ?

well, in arenian mythology the great god of clouds got such pain from his son god of the rainbow throwing light beams at his bum... so it could be magical!

Do more exercises with your legs and thighs (Walking, squats, e.t.c.).
This is happening because of poor blood circulation in your legs and feet.
you should stay away from pins and needles
