thing else that i can do, i'll do anything! OMG

Answers:

Most ppl have said some good things here, wear loose clothing you know "down there" so if you wear briefs start wearing boxers and cotton. Baby wipes are good thing too, a less stressful using that, along with basic inflammatory medication and you should be golden. I went googling around looking for a website that listed all these things, about the best one i could find was this one right here.

Don't take pain medication. They cause constipation and lead to more hemorrhoids.

Caffeine intake is a major contributor to hemorrhoids. Get off coffee for a while. Switch to a weaker tea. Drink lots of water obviously, eat less bread. Avoid milk, excessive dairy and don't avoid bowel movements. Unfortunately, once they enter the throbbing pain stage (after a bowel movement), you have to wait it out for 3-4 days until they ever so slowly subside. I've suffered for 8 years. Caffeine was the chief cause.

Few people know that hemorrhoid pain is among the worst pain you can experience, especially if they are just inside the rectum.

Relieving the pain can be done by:

Walking
Toe-touch stretch exercises
Tucks
Witch Hazel soaked cotton ball
As opposed to the donut, try sitting directly on an object, like a rolled up sock, or golf ball
so that it contacts the anus, and supports it.

The first thing is to make sure you are not currently constipated. You will also find the over the counter medications for hemorrhoids very helpful. There is a cream which comes with an applicator which will help a good bit, to numb things up and reduce the swelling. You should also get some of the witch hazel pads, most common brand is Tucks, but there are generic types that are just as good. Get a jar of those, and store them in the fridge. Every time you go to the bathroom, use one of the pad to help put out the fire. Use baby wipes, without scent, and with aloe, for personal cleaning instead of dry paper. Soak your tush in a warm bath with a good cup of witch hazel added in as well. You can soak your tush several times per day, to help ease things. If you are having problems passing stools, use a stool softener. Add fiber to the diet- eat your fruits, veggies, and whole grains. You need the whole fruit, skin and all, lots of salads, and foods like oatmeal and whole wheat. You need to avoid cheese, white bread and refined flour products, red meat, and alcoholic beverages. If you need to, you can add a glass of the drinkable fiber mix to your morning routine to help ease matters as well. If you are having bleeding, you probably should see a doctor for more invasive help. The donut will take pressure off your seating arrangements, but you need more help to reduce the swelling and inflammation. Depending on how bad matters are, your doctor may need to remove them. Sorry, there is no instant cure though. Just things to help make you more comfy and help you heal.
