Question: Fast pulsing feeling in ear?
lately I've noticed sometimes when I wake up during the night or in the morning I feel a fast repeated pulsing feeling in the ear. It doesn't last long or hurt. But it just feels weird, and I'm not sure whats causing it. Some nights i fall asleep with earphones in my ears listening to music. But I turn the volume down so low, that it would not bother.

The music has nothing to do with it ...
It's just the fact of waking up, you're abruptly moving your body from a horizontal position to a vertical one, so you're head starts throbbing causing this pulse in your ear.
It's nothing to worry about. A lot of people probably get it too apart from us ;)
