Can anyone help me with my digestive problem?!

A year ago in April, I had my gallbladder removed because it was functioning at a mere 19%. This took care of the attacks I was having, but ever since I have been having extreme bouts of diarrhea, abdominal pain, and bloody stools every time I eat ANYTHING (and I mean ANYTHING!!) and sometimes when I eat nothing at all. I am currently taking Levsin (hycosamine) which helps on occasion but I can't handle the spaced out side effect it has on me. A pharmacist suggested I take Welchol to help with the diarrhea and it does, but it quite expensive and I no longer have health insurance. Does anyone else have this problem? How have you dealt with it? Any natural or OTC drugs to help? Any advice at all would be appreciated!!
