Less than 24hrs to replace the volume and a few days to replace the cells. It is amazing how it looks like so much when your nose is bleeding but some folks with epistaxis bleed constantly for many hours before suffering any noticeable difficulties.

I have had nose bleeds for up to 45 minutes like that ... I don't think you should worry ... You can have nose bleeds from change in pressure or even stress believe it or not! Blood cells are always dying anyway ... And yes around 24 hours is the correct answer, evidently you have many pints of blood so it's seriously unlikely you could lose a dangerous amount from a normal nose bleed :)
