Question: What is an Iron Overdose?

I was taking a multivitamen this morning, and I read on the back of the bottle that about getting an iron overdose. And I was wondering what is does. Can someone die from one?

Iron overdose can be deadly, but not always. Children are the usual victims of iron overdose
taking them in large amounts because they resemble candy. Fluid builds up in the lungs
among other symptoms.
