I NEED MEDICAL HELP WITH WHAT IM FEELING?!

Question: I NEED MEDICAL HELP WITH WHAT IM FEELING?
Why is my left hand colder than my right?
and why do i feel like my heart cramps a little sometimes??? I have also gotten a sharp pain in my pinky finger and my pointer on both hands?? This keeps happening on and off. It's annoyoing, frustrating and it keeps making me have anxiety attacks.

My hand has felt tingly almost to the point of being numb.
I am 15 years old with hypothyroidism.

Why is this happening?? And are these symptoms of something serious?

I'm gonna say this again....don't ask people on here cause NOONE is a doctor as much as they would like to think they are lol. At your age the heart pain is most likely gas and acid reflux. I wouldn't even worry about the pain in your fingers, it could be from anything maybe from even being on the computer too much. as for the anxiety attacks Breathe in through your nose slowly and out through your mouth slowly. Noone has ever died from an anxiety attack so when you're getting one just keep telling yourself "nothing's gonna happen to me, it's all in my mind cause I'm worrying myself, calm down".

You caught an internet virus from your computer which is why it is only affecting one hand. I would talk to a doctor.

I think you should check with a medical doctor to determine what the cause is.

I'm no doctor, but it sounds like you may have a pinched nerve. Maybe try a chiropractor?

I get anxiety attacks myself. It sounds to me like you may have been having a smaller anxiety attack earlier on without realizing it, and when you didn't calm down the anxiety built up into what you're feeling now. You can get chest pain near the heart sharp pain in the fingers/hands from extreme anxiety. If this was a cardiac problem, the tingling and pain in the hand would most likely be left-side only.

If you have medication for your anxiety, take it around-the-clock whether you feel like you are anxious or not for the next 24 hours and if you're still feeling these symptoms after the 24 hrs, I'd go see a Dr right away. Of course, if the pain gets unbearable before the end of the 24 hours, I'd go before then obviously.

Relax, take some slow, deep breaths in your nose and out the mouth for a few minutes and try not to think about anything stressful or about the pain and let the medication (again assuming you have it) take affect. And I would also let your parents/guardians in on this as well - they have the right to know when medical things are going wrong, especially when it can be serious. Good luck.
