It could be strep, ot maybe your tonsils, or just a bad sore throat. This will usually last about a day or two. Gargle diluted mouthwash and stay away from carbonated drinks and juices that contains citric acids. Drink plenty of water, but not too cold. If it doesn't go away in a day or two, you should see the doctor.
It could be strep throat. Or, if it is literally the back of your neck, it could be a spinal problem and you should definitely see a doctor.
probably uvela inflamtion i think ( i dont know how to spell that punching bag in your mouth :P)
Sore throat. I get it all the time.
