What is my sleep disorder called?!


Question: What is my sleep disorder called?
My grandmother told me that I have a sleeping disorder but she can't remember what it's called when the smallest thing wakes me up in the middle of the night and I can't go back to sleep please tell me

Insomnia?

PS: There ARE such things as sleeping disorders. And excercizing before sleeping is bad, as it gets your heart rate going high, which is not what you should be doing be right before you go to sleep.

It's called exercise,do it until you're pooped and you won't have it anymore. Sleep disorders are nonexistent, so don't take any pills from you're doctor or pharmacy. Before you go to bed think: I'm gonna stay asleep until morning
