Question: My throat is gurgling!!>>!!?

I have been kinda sick here lately with dizzyness and headaches and stuffy nose and gas and nausea and hot flashes with no fever and then hiccups almost 1/2 the day today lol...but my stomach/throat will make this gurgle noise and it is in my throat!!?? what is this!

Mucous is in your throat, duhh.

I don't know, but my throat makes that noise instead of burping.
