i think my scale is broken?!

Question: I think my scale is broken?
so 2 days ago i go to the gym and work out. i run on the treadmill for an hr and then go on eliptical for an hr then do 30 situps and 30 dips. then i weigh myself and im at 206 pounds. i go and do the same thing the next day...and the scale says 210! so today i weigh myself BEFORE the work out and im at 207.8 After doing the above workout im at 208.2....so i gained weight after working out.

i eat fairly healthyly too as im trying to lose weight so i didnt eat a ton in between. does this make sense to anyone? or is the scale messed up

Answers:

You are just retaining water. In a few days you will lose it and the weight that you think that you should have lost will disappear.

I doubt if you should exercise everyday because depending on your purpose you may not be helping your body by wearing the same muscles out everyday.

Okay,The Scale may be malfunctioning or broken, try other scales if they give you the lesser amount that you know you have then it proves the scale is broken.Keep in mind we also gain a bit of weight from Calories and Fat Calories even if the food is healthy. My primary guess is that the Scale is broken judging by the details you have given that you work out and eat healthy.
